If you rent your home, you already know this truth. Rent is often the biggest bill you pay every month, yet those consistent payments rarely help you demonstrate reliability or open doors to better opportunities.
That is the problem RentVerify is being built to solve.
RentVerify is a new platform I am developing to help renters turn consistent rent payments into something more meaningful. The vision is simple. Help renters build credibility and unlock future opportunities by verifying what they already do well. Paying rent on time.
As a realtor, I see this gap every day. Great tenants who pay rent consistently, take care of homes, and still struggle when it comes time to apply for their next rental, qualify for better terms, or demonstrate reliability beyond a credit score. RentVerify is designed to help change that narrative.
What RentVerify aims to do?
RentVerify is being designed as a rent verification and reporting platform that helps create a trusted record of rent payment history.
The long term vision includes.
- Helping tenants demonstrate reliability.
- Helping landlords reduce risk.
- Helping both sides build trust faster.
This is not about shortcuts. It is about documenting real behavior in a way that matters.
Why I am sharing this now?
RentVerify is still in development and the full website has not launched yet. Here is the beta link
Before going live, I am opening a small pilot group made up of renters, landlords, and partners who want to help shape the platform from the ground up. This pilot will help test the experience, refine the features, and ensure RentVerify is truly useful and fair for the people it is meant to serve.
If you have ever felt that your rent payments should count for more, this is for you.
Who the pilot is for?
You may be a good fit if
- You are a renter who pays rent consistently.
- You are a landlord who values transparency and trust.
- You are someone interested in building better systems around housing and credit.
- You want early access and a chance to influence how this platform evolves.
How to get involved?
RentVerify is still in development, and I am excited to share this early step with my community. If you have questions or would like to be part of the pilot, I would love to hear from you.
Warm Regards,
Sade.
